Virus-free sweet potato seedling is a kind of sweet potato seedling that uses stem tip peeling technique for tissue culture to screen virus-free cells. 3) Transfer the virus-free seedlings of 5-7 leaves to the insect-resistant greenhouse for 5-6 days and multiply rapidly in the greenhouse. Seedlings will be planted in a greenhouse with a row spacing of 30cm and a row spacing of 20cm. Fertilizing and watering will be done often, and after about 20 days, the virus-free seedlings can be cut into spring potatoes. Cut the seedlings every 10 days, and then cut the seedlings continuously to plant summer potatoes. Seedlings can continue to propagate under pest control conditions, or directly propagate virus-free original seed potatoes.
